Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Some products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Food products, including almond butter, may only be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy and EU Consumer Law. Due to the nature of food products, opened or unsealed jars cannot be returned.
We attempt to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact display on all devices.
We may limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction. We may limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. We do not guarantee that products or services will meet your expectations.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders using the same account, card or address. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may notify you by email.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party. You may terminate by ceasing to use the site. If you fail to comply with the Terms, we may terminate immediately and you remain liable for all amounts due up to termination.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

SECTION 18 - CONSUMER RIGHTS AND WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery. However, under Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) food products that may deteriorate quickly
(b) products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery
This includes all jars of almond butter once opened.

SECTION 19 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 48–72 hours. Delivery times: Spain 2–7 business days; EU 5–15 business days. Delays may occur due to carriers or external factors. Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to hello@thisisnuts.net.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any agreements for the provision of services shall be governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations.
Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law requires the courts of the consumer’s residence.

You may review the most current version of the Terms at any time. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
