Refund Policy - This is Nuts
OVERVIEW: This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.thisisnuts.net. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions described below.
Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances, except when the item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect. This policy is in accordance with EU consumer protection laws for perishable goods.
SECTION 1 - NO RETURNS FOR FOOD PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of food items, and in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Any food item
• Opened or sealed jars
• Products not in their original condition
• Products that may spoil or deteriorate quickly
• Any product returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering by mistake
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED, BROKEN OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will replace or refund a product only if:
• It arrives damaged
• It arrives broken
• It is the wrong item
To submit a claim, you must contact us at hello@thisisnuts.net within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue
• Order number
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CASES
If your refund request is approved, we will:
• Issue a replacement product at no cost, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take several business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
SECTION 4 - NON-DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost during shipping (and the carrier confirms the loss), we will replace or refund the order.If the package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must open a claim with the carrier.
