Shipping Policy - This is Nuts

Processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Spanish public holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic shipping (within Spain):
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
 • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

International shipping (European Union):
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Standard delivery times are typically 5-10 business days, but delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen factors. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
This Is Nuts is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after international shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping to multiple addresses:
If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
Please verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. This Is Nuts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@thisisnuts.net. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
