ALMOND BUTTER SWIRL BROWNIES

Deep chocolate base with creamy almond butter ribbons. Rich, bold, and beautifully marbled.

INGREDIENTS

150 g dark chocolate
½ cup butter
¾ cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
½ cup almond butter
½ cup almond flour
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract


DESCRIPTION

Preheat oven to 175°C. Melt chocolate and butter together until glossy. Whisk in sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in almond flour, salt and vanilla.

Pour batter into a baking pan. Dollop almond butter on top and swirl gently with a knife to create marbled ribbons. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly soft.

Cool before cutting into squares.
